It doesn't get any bigger than Apple. Apple is known for their sleek, simple yet effective marketing and advertising. However, it should be top of the line marketing because they are able to hire the best of the best in the industry for each deparment including marketing and advertising. Apple has an entire team dedicated to their marketing of the products. This is true for all of the large corporations and also the large organizations. Large organizations have the ability to hire countless people whose jobs are solely dedicated to the promotion of the organization. Large organizations are able to hire somone that is solely dedicated to social media, a website, email distribution, tv ads, etc. However, all of the large corporations and large organizations did not start out this way. Going back to the Apple example. Apple didn't start out with a huge marketing department. Apple started out of a garage where the computer programmers were the marketers and the marketers were the computer programmers. Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniack, and the rest of their team had to sell their computer verbally. They did not have money to hrie leading marketing professionals. There was not a Twitter on which they could send a tweet for everyone to give their computers a try. They had to start small but have a large vision in mind. Marketing in large organizations may seem over the top and undoable by others but they can only rely on their big vision, their big brand, etc. and break down the marketing step by step.
